  • User Identification: We generate a unique anonymous User ID (stored via Chrome Sync) to track your credit usage and scan history. We do not require account registration with personal details (like name or phone number).
  • Image Data: When you initiate a scan, we temporarily process the product images from the Etsy page you are viewing. These images are sent to our servers and third-party API (SerpApi) solely for the purpose of reverse image searching.
  • Payment Information: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card numbers. We only receive a confirmation of payment and your email address for receipt purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Perform reverse image searches to find potential IP infringements.
  • Maintain your scan history in your private dashboard.
  • Manage your credit balance and process purchases.
  • Improve the accuracy and performance of our tool.

4. Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with trusted third-party services to operate the tool:

  • SerpApi / Google Lens: Used for visual search processing.
  • Stripe: Used for secure payment processing.
  • Supabase: Used for secure database storage.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Communication between the extension and our servers is encrypted via SSL (HTTPS). Your personal dashboard is accessible only via your unique User ID.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Since we use anonymous IDs, please contact us with your User ID if you wish to wipe your history from our servers.
